Still one of my favorites… Snickers PB Squared

These commercials are awesome… “Eat both squares, please.”

Heres What Google Does When the Government Wants Your Emails

This is an interesting article. In light of the recent scandal involving General Petraeus, it’s weird to think everything you put out on the internet can tracked back to you, eventually, if there’s a good reason to. I’d like to learn more about how US laws interact with Google’s (and other big sites, like Facebook’s) rules. What is considered a valid reason for needing someone’s emails? Threats? Infidelity? What if you aren’t a 4-star general in the army, but you’re still cheating on your wife? Is that covered?

Awesome commercials

Okay, so I have AT&T service for my phone, but I only converted from Verizon because my parents live in a town in NE Kansas where Verizon simply doesn’t work (bum-mer). I am not a big fan of their service, however I seriously love their new commercial “It’s not complicated” ad campaign with the focus groups with the little kids… this stuff is hilarious.

Moderator: What’s fast? Girl: Uh, my mom’s car and a cheetah

Moderator: What’s slow? Boy: My Grandma Moderator: Would you like it if your grandma was fast? Boy: I bet she would like it if she was fast. Moderator: Maybe give her some turbo boosters. Boy: Tape a cheetah to her back Moderator: Tape a cheetah to her back? Seems like you’ve thought of this before.

Here’s Proof That Hurricane Sandy Is Nothing Like Irene via Mashable

Here’s Proof That Hurricane Sandy Is Nothing Like Irene.

I found this Mashable graphic that compares Hurricane Sandy to Hurricane Irene. Being from NJ, I have tons of friends on the East coast who are weathering the storm. My best friend lives in Seaside Heights, NJ (yes, where they film MTV’s Jersey Shore) and she evacuated yesterday. The flooding scares me. I’ve seen tons of pictures of businesses on the shore that are already flooded with several feet of water. So, this post goes out to wishing all of my friends and everyone stays safe during the storm.
